This week we honor the dedicated teachers and nurses working in our schools. This week is Teacher Appreciation Week, and May 8 is National School Nurse Day. MESD nurses and teachers have chosen a different path than most others in their professions. Rather than work in traditional school or medical environments, they've instead chosen to serve the students who need them most here at MESD. Our specialized services make a difference for students and we are fortunate to have skilled professionals willing to serve. Please take a moment to recognize and thank the teachers and school nurses you work with. To our nurses and teachers - thank you so much for all you do on behalf of our students and community every day! Sam |
