Collection: Restraint & Seclusion Incidents Collection Annual Collection, 2019-20 to present (ongoing) ODE Application Collection Description: All events resulting in instances of restraint and / or seclusion are reported in this collection. Collection Data Type: Student / Child Collection Elements:
"Each entity that has jurisdiction over a public education program must prepare and submit an annual report detailing the use of restraint and seclusion for the preceding school year to the Oregon Department of Education. (581-022-2267 Annual Report on use of Restraint and Seclusion)"
The Multnomah ESD Board of Directors is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy (Zone 2, Position #3) on the Board. Applicants must be residents within Zone 2 of the Multnomah ESD boundaries. To confirm residency in the MESD boundary area, contact the Multnomah County Elections Office, (503) 988-3720. Multnomah ESD is a regional education agency providing special education, school health services, alternative and outdoor education, technology and other support services to the eight public school districts in Multnomah County. Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on February 1, 2023.
